摘 要:为了考核某电厂330 MW机组循环水电子—化学协合处理系统性能的可靠性,在设备调试期间对其进行性能测试。试验期间对系统的循环水及补充水进行连续取样化验,分析了ρ(Cl-)、钙硬、全碱度、p H值、电导率等主要指标,同时记录机组凝汽器的运行工况。通过对以上数据进行分析,并根据经验指标Δa、Δb,浓缩倍率Φ进行判定,认为本厂循环水电子—化学协合处理系统具有良好的兼容性,在保证水质稳定的前提下,电子—化学协合处理系统能够显著减少阻垢剂的使用量。并对系统运行中的调试工作及水质检测方法提出建议。In order to assess the reliability of the electronic- chemical coordinatetreatment system performance of circulating water in a 330 MW power plant,theperformance of the device was tested during commissioning.Continuous sampling andtesting of circulating water and supplementary water was carried out during the test andthe main index was assayed,and the main operating index of condenser including vacuum,steam consumption,exhaust gas temperature,end difference was also recorded at the sametime.By analysis of the data mentioned above and according to the empirical index of Δa,Δb,Φ,the electronic device was considered to maintain good compatibility with thechemical processing system of the circulating water in the plant.Under the premise ofensuring the stability of water quality,the electronic-chemical coordinate treatment systemcan significantly reduce the consumption of scale inhibitors.
