摘 要:发电厂厂用电源在受到外部干扰或发生内部故障时,会出现电压暂降或骤升过程,发电厂辅机变频器可能会发生过电压或欠压跳闸现象。传统的解决方法是采用直流储能(DC-Boost)+UPS或动态电压恢复器技术,但这2种技术存在缺陷,即直流储能技术无法实现高电压过渡,而动态电压恢复器技术补偿深度不足。对此采用了变频器储能型动态电压恢复装置,该装置结合超级电容储能技术与动态电压叠加技术,具有系统电源短时中断的电压补偿功能。模拟电源扰动试验结果证明,连接该装置后变频器能顺利完成高、低电压过渡。将该装置安装在电厂给煤机上,经受住了几次厂用电电压突降的考验,投运至今,运行稳定。When the auxiliary power consumption of power plant is subjected to externalinterference or internal malfunction,the transient process of voltage sag or swell willappeare,and the auxiliary inverter tripping may occure for self-protection in this process.Hereto,the dynamic voltage restorer device of energy storage was adopted,which combinedthe super capacitor energy storage technology with dynamic voltage overlay technologyperfectly,and could effectively implement the system power supply short interruptions ofvoltage compensation.The disturbance test results of analog power supply showed that theconverter could complete the high and low voltage transition as the device was connected.The device was mounted on stoker of power plant and has been running stability sincethen,withstanding voltage dip test several times.
