摘  要:针对在实际工作过程中发生的变电站内2组直流电源同时接地现象,根据直流绝缘监察装置电路原理,利用其等效电路模型对该接地现象进行了定性分析,指出产生这种接地现象的原因是由于工作人员将2组直流电源混淆导致直流系统产生了寄生回路。鉴于2组直流电源同时接地可能导致的保护误动、拒动等后果,提出应严格遵守《国家电网公司十八项电网重大反事故措施》和其他相关规定、规范变电站二次系统施工工艺、加强隐患排查等防范措施。For two DC supply simultaneous grounding appeared in the actual workprocess,according to the principle of DC insulation monitoring device,made qualitativeanalysis of the grounding by the equivalent circuit model,and pointed out that thesimultaneous grounding was due to the generation of substation parasitic circuit since thetwo DC supply were confused.To protection malfunction,tripping and other consequencescaused by two DC supply simultaneous grounding,finally,put forward to observe State Power Grid Corporation of eighteen major anti- accident measures strictly and the relevantprovisions,regulate the construction process of secondary system in substation,andstrengthen potential accident checking to prevent the accident from happening.
