摘　　要：38 800 DWT绿色海豚系列散货船是上海船舶研究设计院根据市场需求,结合最新的海事规范要求开发的最新一代节能环保型散货船。主要介绍了38 800 DWT散货船的总体性能及结构特点,该散货船油耗低,货舱区开口较大,中间货舱不设置顶边舱及底边舱,货舱区无重压载货舱。In order to meet the market demand and to fulfill the requirement of newest maritime rules, SDARI developed a 38 800 DWT bulk carrier, one of the Green Dolphin series. This article mainly introduced the general performances and structure characteristics of the design, which was featured with low fuel oil consumption, large opening in cargo area, no wing tank and hopper tank in the middle cargo holds and no heavy ballast water in cargo hold.
