摘 要:目的探讨变应性鼻炎患者血清IL-12及IL-31水平及其临床意义。方法变应性鼻炎患者按照体外检测血清中抗体常规加入吸入性过敏原特异性抗体Ig E(s Ig E)抗体检测结果分为阳性组和阴性组,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测164例变应性鼻炎患者和82例健康对照组血清中IL-12及IL-31水平。特异性Ig E测定采用德国欧盟优敏系列(EUROALLER)检测系统。结果变应性鼻炎特异性Ig E阳性组、阴性组的血清IL-12及IL-31检测结果分别为:23.8±9.1、19.1±7.9和27.9±9.4;22.8±6.7;对照组的血清IL-12及IL-31检测结果分别为:11.3±4.8、14.9±7.5;与对照组相比IL-12、IL-31均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。变应性鼻炎特异性Ig E阳性组亚组中,螨虫过敏组的血清Il-12水平最高,其次为蟑螂过敏组等;与对照组相比,螨虫过敏组与蟑螂过敏组均有显著性差异(P<0.05);变应性鼻炎特异性Ig E阳性组的血清IL-31水平与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论免疫因子IL-12及IL-31可能参与变应性鼻炎的发病过程,环境中的螨虫与蟑螂是变应性鼻炎的主要诱因。Objective To investigate levels of serum IL-12 and IL-31 in patients with Allergy rititis and its clinical significance.Methods Serum levels of IL-12 and IL-31 were detected by enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay(ELISA) in 164 Allergy rititis patients(s Ig E(+) 82 cases、s Ig E(-) 82 cases)and 82 healthy controls. s Ig E was measured by EUROALLER system. Results s Ig E positive groups, negative groups serum IL-12 and IL-31 respectively are 23.8±9.1、19.1±7.9、27.9±9.4;22.8±6.7, Control group serum IL-12 and IL-31 respectively are 11.3 ±4.8,14.9±7.5, The differences were statistically significant compared with control group(P〈 0.05). The subgroup of s Ig E positive groups, mite group have high level of IL-12 in serum,followed by the cockroach allergy groups,Compared with control group, Mite allergy and cockroach allergy groups have significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion IL-12 and IL-31 may be involved in the pathogenesis of Allergy rititis mite and cockroach allergy may be the main induced factors of allergy rihitis.
