摘　　要：目的测定民族药骆驼蓬种子及其炮制品中去氢骆驼蓬碱的含量。方法采用UPLC-MS/MS进行测定,以甲醇-0.5%氨水（25：75）为流动相,紫外检测波长为320 nm。结果样品中去氢骆驼蓬碱的质量分数在0.53-1.73%之间。结论本法简便,灵敏,专属性强,为民族药骆驼蓬及其炮制品的质量评价提供了有效的方法。Objective Determination of harmine in seeds of ethnic medicine and its processed products of Peganum harmala. Methods It was analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS with methanol- 0.5% aqueous ammonia（ 25 ： 75） as mobile phase and the UV detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results The results indicated that the content of harmine sample is between 0.53% and 1.73%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, reproducible, and provides an effective method to evaluate the quality of ethnic medicine and its processed products of Peganum harmala.
