摘　　要：归纳总结出行者效益的组成框架,并依据经济学中消费者剩余理论,改进新交通项目投入运营后出行者效益的计算方法。给出该方法中的关键参数—广义出行费用计算模型,同时讨论广义出行费用计算模型中,出行舒适性的时间评价值定量方法。This article summarized the composition framework of traveler benefit. According to the economical consumer surplus theory, this article improved the calculating method of traveler benefit while new traffic project putting into operation. On the basis, we established the calculating model of the key parameter named generalized cost in this method. At the same time,this article discussed the quantitative methods for the Time evaluation value of comfort in this calculating model.
