摘 要:研究了TTA和BTA按GB/T 14422-2008《锅炉用水和冷却水分析方法苯骈三氮唑的测定》方法测定结果的准确度,考查了TTA和BTA抗游离氯的稳定性及游离氯对TTA和BTA铜缓蚀性能的影响。试验表明:通过GB/T 14422-2008所述方法的测定结果具有较高的精密度和准确度;随着游离氯浓度的提高,TTA和BTA分解率均会不断上升,BTA比TTA具有更好的抗氯性;游离氯的存在会影响TTA和BTA的铜缓蚀性能。The testing accuracy of TTA and BTA based on GB/T 14422-2008 "Analysis of water used in boiler and cooling system;determination of benzotrazole" was studied. The stability of TTA and BTA to free chlorine was investigated as well as effect of free chlorine on TTA and BTA copper corrosion inhibiting performance. The result indicates that the final testing result of TTA and BTA based on GB/T 14422-2008 has higher precision and accuracy. With increasing of free chlorine concentration, the decomposition rates of TTA and BTA will increase.BTA shows better chlorine resistant performance than TTA. Therefore,the existence of free chlorine can affect copper corrosion performance of TTA and BTA.
