摘 要:针对SZ36-1油田A10注水井注入压力高,多次采取增产作业,措施有效期短的问题。进行储层情况及注入水质分析:预测出A10井存在结垢可能。通过现场取样和结垢组分分析,证实了垢样存在并确认出垢样组成。最终在A10井井口安装了加药防垢装置,装置采用金属加药工具配合添加与之匹配的固体化学棒的方式,经过一年多现场应用,取得现场防垢器进、出口的垢样进行再次分析,有效验证了防垢效果,为后续该技术在现场应用等工艺适应性问题的改进和升级提供了宝贵的经验。Aiming at high injecting pressure of A10 injection well on SZ36-1 platform, the stimulation was repeatedly carried out, but period of validity of the measures was short. So reservoir conditions and injection water quality were analyzed, it's predicted the scaling problem of A10 well might exist, Through on-site sampling and scaling component analysis, the presence of dirt samples was confirmed, and the scale composition was determined. Eventually dosing scale control device was installed into A10 wellhead, dosing device used a metal tool with solid chemical rods. After a year of field application, through analysis of the dirt samples, effective scale control effect was verified.
