摘 要:为了进一步促进APT工艺的合理性,对其工艺进行了探析。确定了采用苛性钠浸出法,实现原料从钨矿石的分解;对净化除杂过程及工艺进行了分析;在除钼工艺的选择中对比确定了选择沉淀去除钼;在仲钨酸铵溶液结晶工艺中确定选择了间断蒸发结晶方法;在仲钨酸铵结晶母液回收工艺选择中确定了转化法工艺;最后对工艺中的三废处理及环境保护进行了分析。所设计的方案在各个方面均能到达要求,这一研究对APT工艺改进的实际生产具有一定的借鉴意义。In order to further improve the rationality of APT process, its process was analyzed and studied. It's pointed out that the caustic soda leaching method should be used to decompose tungsten ore. And then the removing impurity process was analyzed. It's pointed out that the sedimentation method should be used to remove molybdenum; the intermittent evaporation crystallization method should be used in ammonium paratungstate solution crystallization process; the transformation method should be used in ammonium paratungstate crystal liquor recovery process. At last, waste treatment and environmental protection were analyzed. The designed program can reach the requirements, in all aspects; this study has certain significance for APT process improvement.
