摘 要:气液两相流动是多相流动最为常见的类型之一,其现象广泛存在于石油工业的生产之中。气液两相流的流型在很大程度上影响着气液两相流的传热特性和流动特性,同时还影响着两相流系统的运行以及流动特性参数的准确测量。采用Taitel-Dukler方法的流型判别准则应用Java语言开发出流型边界计算软件,并用该软件计算得出的结果绘制流型图。结果表明:管道向下倾斜将会增强流动型态的层状化;当管径变小时,发生流型转变的气液相折算速度也较小。Gas-liquid two phase flow is one of the most common types of multiphase flow; the phenomenon widely exists in the production of the oil industry. The flow pattern of gas-liquid two-phase flow to a great extent, affects the heat transfer characteristics and flow characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase flow, and affects the operation of the two-phase flow system and accurate measurement of flow characteristic parameters. In this paper, flow pattern criterion of Taitel - Dukler method was used to develop flow boundary calculation software based on Java language, and the flow pattern map was drawn based on the results calculated with the software. The results show that: downward inclined pipe can enhance the stratification of the flow pattern; when the pipe diameter becomes small, gas liquid superficial velocity of flow pattern is small.
