摘 要:利用高压釜模拟油田现场CO2驱油环境,对N80和3Cr两种油管钢进行了CO2腐蚀试验,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析对比了腐蚀产物膜的腐蚀行为和特征,并评价了三种缓蚀剂对两种油管钢的缓蚀性能,计算了腐蚀速率和缓蚀效率,对比了相应条件下的腐蚀产物膜表面形貌。结果表明,在同一CO2分压条件下,N80和3Cr钢在55℃时的腐蚀速率均比在30℃时的大,N80钢在30℃和55℃时的腐蚀速率明显大于3Cr钢,其抗CO2腐蚀性能满足关系3Cr>N80;N80腐蚀产物主要由FeCO3和少量CaCO3沉积物组成,3Cr腐蚀产物主要由FeCO3及少量Cr7C3和Cr2C3组成。Corrosion behavior and characteristics of 3Cr and N80 pipelines steels and the inhibition efficiencies of three inhibitors were investigated by high pressure autoclave,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X ray diffraction(XRD)at various temperatures and CO2 partial pressures in simulated CO2 flooding environment.Corrosion rates and inhibition efficiencies of the samples were calculated and compared,and the surface morphology of corrosion product films was analyzed.The results indicated that,under the same CO2 partial pressure,the corrosion rates of N80 and 3Cr at 55℃ were larger than those at 30℃,the CO2 corrosion resistance of 3Cr better than that of N80.The main corrosion products were FeCO3 and a little Cr7C3 and Cr2C3.
