摘 要:现有的双腐蚀缺陷管道剩余强度评价规范大多以轴向均匀腐蚀为研究对象,评价双点蚀缺陷管道时结果偏保守,导致管材浪费严重。利用非线性有限元分析方法,对含有交互影响双点蚀缺陷管道的剩余强度进行分析,验证了分析方法的可靠性。在此基础上,研究了轴向间距对带有相同尺寸和不同尺寸双点蚀缺陷管道失效压力的影响,并建立了双点蚀缺陷管道失效压力计算方法。结果表明,双点蚀缺陷相互作用随轴向间距呈对数关系变化,但相同尺寸双点蚀缺陷相互作用随点蚀直径或点蚀深度的变化极小,可以忽略,而不同尺寸双点蚀缺陷相互作用区间随双点蚀直径或深度差距的增加而减小;拟合得到的双点蚀缺陷相互作用系数能够合理预测双点蚀缺陷的相互作用,并解决交互影响双点蚀缺陷管道失效压力的计算。The remaining strength of corroded pipeline with double pitting interaction was analyzed to verify the reliability of the analytical method by the nonlinear finite element analysis method.A failure pressure calculation method of double pitting pipeline was estabished.Based on that,the impact of axial spacing on residual strength of pipeline with double pitting of the same sizes and different sizes was studied.The results showed that there was no completely mutual action between double pitting.Double pitting interaction was logarithmically changed with axial spacing,but there was no change in double pitting interaction if pitting diameter and depth were the same.However,the interaction range of different pitting sizes decreased with the increase of pitting diameter or depth gap.The fitting interaction coefficient in double pitting can reasonably predict the interaction of two pitting defects,and solve the calculation of failure pressure of pipeline with double interaction pitting defects.
