摘　　要：针对在进行机组转子安装或改造过程中,在地面对新磁极的常规绝缘测量的数据与磁极挂装后的数据存在偏差的问题,结合某电站转子磁极挂装前绝缘良好而挂装后绝缘急剧下降的实际情况分析原因,找出测量方法的不足之外,并且加以改进。In the installation or renovation process of the generator rotor, differences are frequently found between the or- dinary insulation measurement data of the new magnetic poles before and after their installation. Possible reasons of this problem are analyzed with a practical example. Specifically, improvement measures for the insulation measurement method are proposed
