摘　　要：为增加电站总装机容量、提高水轮机能量特性、改善水轮机的综合水力性能,以铜街子水电站水轮机增容改造为例,论述了大型轴流转桨式水轮机改造的特点,介绍了转轮工地组装、吊装方法。In order to expand formance of hydro-turbines, a tics of the upgrading work for the installed capacity, improve capacity expansion upgrading is large-scale Kaplan hydro-turbine the energy characteristics and the overall hydraulic per- carried out in Tongjiezi Hydropower Station. Characteris- units are discussed. Specifically, in-situ installation tech-nology of the turbine runner is introduced.
