摘　　要：对龚嘴电站大坝门机自动抓梁运行中在水下不能穿、退销等运行中常见问题,提出了改进意见,并对已有自动抓梁泵站进行改造,提高了设备的可靠性,保障人员设备的安全,并根据实际经验,提出了操作注意事项。In the operation of the automatic grabbing beam of gantry crane in the connection and disconnection of dowels are frequently encountered. Thus ic grabbing beam are proposed. After the renovation, the reliability of the de ers is ensured. In addition, issues that should be noted in the operation are Gongzui Hydropower Station, difficulties in , several renovation advices on the automat- vice is improved and the safety of the work- presented.
