摘　　要：通过梳理乌东德地下电站洞室地质缺陷的管理及认定工作中存在的问题,提出了相关改进措施,明确地质缺陷超挖界定标准、认定管理办法及程序,探讨了洞室开挖中关于超挖经济问题处理的合同条文,总结了地质缺陷超挖管理及认定的相关经验。Problems in the management and identification of geological defects in the underground chamber construction in Wudongde Hydropower Station are summarized. Improvement measures are then proposed to clear the definition of o- ver- excavation due to geological defects, and the management and identification procedures. Contract terms for eco- nomic issue management related to the over-excavation are discussed. Experience on the management and identification of over-excavation due to geological defects is summarized.
