摘 要:为积极应对山火对电网的威胁,改变以往对山火主要依靠人防的局面,研发了一套基于光谱雷达的山火监测预警系统。通过安装在输电线路铁塔顶上的光谱雷达,系统可在4 min内完成对安装点半径5 km、方圆79 km2区域内的山火进行探测和扫描,探测器接收山火的红外辐射,及时发现没有全部遮挡的明火和暗火,并通过短信方式向用户发出预警。该系统投入使用以来,已及时、准确地对输电线路山火险情预警20余条/次,最远火点距离安装点3.2 km。该系统实现了全天候对线路山火自动搜索、自动发现、自动定位、自动报警,解决了线路山火防控由人防到技防的技术难题,适合安装在输电线路防山火重点区段。In order to actively respond to the threat of mountain fire to power grid, and to change the situation of fire prevention mainly depended on human power, a set of mountain fire monitoring and alarming system based on infrared radar is developed. By using the infrared radar installed at the top of the transmission line tower, the system can finish in 4 minutes the detection and scanning of mountain fire in 5 km radius of installation point and within79 km2 areas. The detector can receive the infrared radiation of mountain fire, and find naked fire and dark fire not totally covered and send alarm to customers by short message. The system has timely and accurately alarmed transmission line mountain fire about 20 lines per time after it has been put into operation. The furthest fire position is 3.2 km away from the installation position. The system realizes the automatic searching, automatic finding, automatic location and automatic alarming for the mountain fire of transmission line under all-weather condition, which solve the technical problem of transferring the transmission line mountain fire prevention and control from human prevention to technical prevention, and is suitable to be installed in key sections of transmission line mountain fire prevention.
