摘 要:针对某电厂亚临界机组4号锅炉炉水二氧化硅超标事件,分析了炉水二氧化硅超标情况,并对现场情况进行检查,发现炉水二氧化硅超标的原因是原水预处理出水不合格和锅炉排污力度不够。根据发现的问题提出了控制好原水预处理出水指标、加大锅炉排污量等改进建议。经处理后,炉水二氧化硅从618.4μg/kg降至100μg/kg左右,符合标准要求,蒸汽品质保持良好,机组运行至今再未出现过炉水二氧化硅超标的现象。Aiming at boiler water SiO2 content over limit event in No.4 boiler of subcritical unit in a power plant, the situation of SiO2 content over limit in boiler water is analyzed. And the filed situation is inspected. It is found that the reason of the boiler water SiO2 content over limit is because of the unqualified output water of raw water pretreatment and insufficient boiler blow-down. According to problems found, modification suggestions including controlling well the output water of raw water pretreatment, increasing the amount of boiler blow-down and so on are proposed. After the treatment, the content of SiO2 in boiler water is reduced from 618.4 μg/kg to about 100 μg/kg, which satisfied the requirement of standard, the quality of steam keeps better and along with the unit operation to now the over limit phenomenon of SiO2 content in boiler water is not ever happened again.
