摘　　要：近年来,随着我国经济快速发展、科技突飞猛进,越来越多的大学生出现找工作难的现象。不仅如此,随着国家医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,医学教育越来越受国家的重视,教育规模不断扩大,毕业生数量大幅度提升。在全国高校毕业生就业形势复杂的情况下,我国医学院校大学生就业形势更加不容乐观,高等医学毕业生就业率下降。为此,本文重点分析当今医学毕业大学生就业价值取向变化趋、变化特点以及引导研究策略。In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, science and technology by leaps and bounds, more and more college students appear difficult to find work.The employment situation of college graduates in China is more complex, and the employment situation of medical students in our country is more and more opti- mistic, and the employment rate of medical graduates is declining.
