碘海醇在特殊类消化道疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨碘海醇（非离子型对比剂）在特殊类消化道疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法将新2010年1月至2013年8月疆医科大学第五附属医院收治的41例临床怀疑或需要检查的特殊类消化道疾病患者依据随机数字表法分为两组：A组（20例）应用碘海醇300mgl／mL，B组（21例）应用碘海醇350mgI／mL，总量各用100～200mL（小儿50mL）行造影检查及治疗，并分析影像学结果。结果碘海醇应用于41例特殊类消化道疾病患者检查成功率为100％；A、B组患者影像清晰度、病变显示、不良反应及造影后血肌酐升高情况比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论碘海醇300mgI／mL或350mgI／mL总量50～200mL适用于特殊类消化道疾病患者检查，影像显示满意。Objective To investigate the value of iohexol （ non ionic contrast agent ） in diagnosis of spe- cial digestive diseases. Methods Total of 41 patients with suspicious special digestive diseases from the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University during Jan. 2010 and Aug. 2013 were included in this study, and the patients were randomly divided into group A （20 cases given angiography usingiohexol 300 mgI/mL,total amount 100-200 mL） and group B（21 eases given iohexol 350 mgI/mL,total amount 100- 200 mL） （50 mL for children）. All image data was analyzed. Results Using iohexol in diseases ,diagnosis in all of the 41 patients was successful. The image clarity,lesion display, side-effects, Scr increasing were not sig- nificandy different between the two groups（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Using iohexol 300 mgl/mL or 350 mgl/mL, total amount 50-200 mL can get satisfying image quality and best effect for special digestive diseases.
