摘　　要：徐家棚铁路在武汉铁路史上具有重要意义,并遗留下较为丰富的铁路遗址。近年来,武汉废弃铁路善后陷入困局。随着轨道交通的迅速发展,规划地铁5、7、8号线在徐家棚站交汇,将带来徐家棚地区土地利用方式的大变革。保留的较为完整的铁路遗址面临着存与废的抉择。该文结合国内工业遗产改造经验,从点、线、面三种不同的空间模式,对徐家棚铁路遗产更新进行探讨。构建片区遗产空间、线性遗产空间、节点遗产空间,使历史要素在新的城市空间中以整体的方式延续。The Xujiapeng railway had great significance in the history of Wuhan railway, and left abundant railway sites. In recent years, Wuhan abandoned railway rehabilitation has got into trouble. With the rapid development of rail transit, metro lines of 5, 7, 8 will be intersected in the Xujiapeng station and will bring great changes to the way of the land use in Xujiapeng. The integrated railway heritage faces the choice of existence or abandoned. Combining the experience of domestic transformation of industrial heritage and in view of spatial forms of point, line and plane, we study renew of the Xujiapeng railway heritage. Construct spatial patterns of plane heritage, linear heritage and point heritage to make the historical elements continue in holistic manner in the new urban spaces.
