摘  要:目的建立SD大鼠胆道梗阻的动物模型,并对该动物模型的肝脏病理变化及肝功能等各项指标进行动态观察。方法将纯系SD大鼠30只,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行胆总管结扎,然后关腹。对照组打开腹部后游离胆总管然后关腹。动态观察胆总管结扎后第1d、3d、7d、14d,21d的肝功能、肝脏组织病理变化。结果梗阻性黄疸大鼠在14d内随着时间延长,血清胆红素逐渐上升,肝内小胆管增生逐步增加,少量纤维结缔组织增生。14d后血清胆红素逐渐下降,增生小胆管减少,亦未见纤维结缔组织增生。结论大鼠梗阻性黄疸在14d内的肝脏病理及肝功能变化与人类相似,但在14d后出现恢复,与人类梗阻性黄疸病变过程不同。Objective To establish the animal models of SD rat biliary obstruction,and pathological changes of liver and liver function indicators on the animal model of dynamic observation. Methods The pure line of 35 SD rats,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group underwent common bile duct ligation,then close the abdominal. The control group after open abdomen from the common bile duct and abdominal closure. Dynamic observation of bile duct ligation after first days,3 days,7 days,14 days,21 days of liver function,pathological changes of hepatic tissues. Results In rats with obstructive jaundice in 14 days with the prolongation of time,serum bilirubin increased gradually,the small intrahepatic bile duct proliferation increased gradually,with little fibrous connective tissue hyperplasia. After 14 days of serum bilirubin decreased gradually,small bile duct hyperplasia reduce,also has not seen the hyperplasia of fibrous connective tissue. Conclusion Jaundice Rat Liver and liver function obstruction in 14 days changes similar to humans,but in 14 days after the surgery the rats appeared recovery,unlike human obstructive jaundice disease process.
