摘 要:某静电膜标贴(材料PVC)粘贴在除湿机注塑面板(材料HIPS)上在仓库放置数月后,注塑面板表面出现腐蚀现象。通过对静电膜标贴和注塑面板进行化学成分分析,发现静电膜标贴导致注塑面板腐蚀主要是因为静电膜标贴中的增塑剂DOP迁移至材料为HIPS的注塑面板表面并溶解于其中,从而引起注塑面板外观被破坏。同时研究表明:静电膜标贴中增塑剂DOP的迁移速率随着温度的升高而增大;且在不同的被粘贴面板上的迁移速率也不同,其中在HIPS面板表面的迁移速率最大。Corrosion failure was found on HIPS plastic panel of a batch of dehumidifier at the position of sticking static film after being placed to the warehouse for several months. Through analyzing chemical compositions of the plastic panel and the static film,it was found that the corrosion of the plastic panel caused by the static film was mainly due to the plasticizer DOP migrating from the static film to HIPS panel and dissolving in it.At the same time,it was found that the plasticizer DOP migrating rate was accelerated with the increase of environmental temperature,and varied on different plastic panels and achieved the maximum value on HIPS panel.
