创新公共图书馆对特殊群体提供阅读服务的思考

摘　　要：公共图书馆的服务对象是全体社会成员。多种因素影响,一些特殊社会群体没有享受到应有的图书服务,既不符合社会公平的要求,也不利于和谐社会建设。公共图书馆应根据特殊群体的情况,采取可行措施,为他们提供良好的阅读条件,使他们享受到高质量的阅读服务。The service object of the public library is a member of the whole society. Due to so many reasons, some special social groups haven＇ t got the service that they should have, which is neither in line with the require- ments of social justice nor conducive to the construction of harmonious society. Public libraries should take feasible measures, according to the actual situation of the special groups, to provide them with good reading conditions, so that they can enjoy high quality service.
