摘 要:目的探索全面、有效、可行的临床科室护理一级质量控制方法,促进护理质量持续改进。方法建立护士长领导下的质量控制小组负责、高年资护士协助、全员参与的一级护理质量控制体系,并探索运行模式。质量控制小组由3人组成,1人负责终末护理文书质量,1人负责夜班质量,护士长则全面负责。各责任组高年资护士负责小组内病历、危重患者护理的质量控制,责任护士对自己独立管辖的患者的护理安全、护理质量负责。比较质量控制体系运行前后科室护理质量和患者满意度的变化,了解护士对体系运行的主观感受。结果运行前后护理质量和患者满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);护士对质量控制体系及其运行模式认可度较高。结论构建一级护理质量控制体系,有助于科室护理质量持续改进和患者满意度的提升。Objective To explore and develop a comprehensive,effective and feasible method for the quality control of nursing in clinical departments,and to promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality.Methods We developed the quality control system which was in the charge of the quality control team,assisted by the senior nurses and involved by all nurses,then we explored its operation mode.The quality control team consisted of 3people,one was responsible for the final quality of the nursing documents,another for the night shift quality,and the head nurse was in charge of the overall quality control.The senior nurse in each group was responsible for the quality control of documents and nursing of critically ill patients.All primary nurses were in charge of patient safety and nursing quality of their responsible patients.Nursing quality and patient satisfaction before and after running of the system were compared,and nurses′subjective feeling for running of the system was analyzed.Results Nursing quality and patient satisfaction were higher after running of the quality control system(P〈0.01 for both).The nurses were in favor of the quality control system as well as the operation mode.Conclusion Development of the primary nursing quality control system is good for the improvement of nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
