摘　　要：目的对临床科室无菌包存放管理进行干预,以提高其存放质量。方法调查5种临床科室常用无菌包的存放环境,包外观有无污迹、破损、潮湿、无纺布表面磨损起毛、使用频次和有效期,并观察医护人员接触无菌包前洗手依从性,发现影响无菌包存放质量的问题并采取措施持续整改6个月,评估效果。结果经过6个月督查和整改,无菌包存放正确率由73.7%提高到99.2%,外观合格率由75.9%提高到100%,医护人员接触无菌包前洗手依从性由12.1%提高到81.3%,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论及时发现临床科室无菌包存放存在的问题并进行质量持续改进,能显著提高无菌包存放质量及医护人员接触无菌包前洗手依从性。Objective To manage the storage of aseptic package in clinical units,and to improve storage quality.Methods We investigated 5kinds of frequently-used aseptic packages in clinical units to check the storing environment,appearances（stains,breakage,moisture,wear and pilling）,using frequency and valid deadline,and we observed medical personnels′compliance of hand-washing before contacting packages.Factors influencing storage quality were discovered,and targeted interventions were adopted for 6months.Results After 6months inspection and overhaul,the aseptic packages stored correctly increased from a rate of 73.7% to99.2%,the packages with qualified appearance escalated from 75.9%to 100%,and the rate of hand-washing compliance for medical personnels before contacting packages raised from 12.1% to 81.3%（P〈0.01 for all）.Conclusions Discovering the problem existing in the storage of aseptic packages in clinical units timely and implementing quality continous improvement could improve storage quality and increase hand-washing compliance.
