摘　　要：根据调查和规范计算,金沙水电站生产安置人口数量过高,与搬迁安置人口不成比例。为了提高金沙水电站移民生产安置人口数量的准确率,使之与搬迁安置人口比例相协调,金沙调查组成立了QC小组,对生产安置人口数量不准确进行了原因分析和要因确认,提出相应解决方案并进行对策实施,提高了金沙水电站移民生产安置人口数量的准确率,得到国内水电工程行业专家、地方政府和业主的一致认可,为水电站移民项目的实施创造了有利条件,并带来了显著的社会效益与经济效益。Produetion resettlement population is too high in Jinsha Hydropower Station according to survey and standardized calculation, which is not proportional to relocation resettlement population. Jinsha investigation group establishes QC team in order to improve accuracy of immigrant production resettlement population accuracy, and make it in line with relocation resettlement population proportion. Reasons are analyzed, and keys are confirmed aiming at inaccurate population for production resettlement. Corresponding solutions are proposed, and countermeasures are implemented tot improving immigrant production resettlement population accuracy in Jinsha Hydropower Station. The policy is consistently approved by experts in domestic hydropower engineering industry, local government and owners. Beneficial conditions have been created for implementing hydropower inlmigration project, and significant social benefits and economic benefits have been brought.
