摘  要:目的探讨石菖蒲-远志药对不同配伍比例和给药时间对小鼠胃肠形态的影响。方法昆明小鼠随机分为正常对照组、石菖蒲组、远志组、石菖蒲远志1:1组、石菖蒲远志1:2组和石菖蒲远志2:1组,每组10只。以0.2 m L/10 g给药量连续灌胃28 d,在7、14、28 d分别颈椎脱臼法处死3只小鼠,观察小鼠的消化管,并取胃窦及十二指肠做HE染色。结果经大体观察,与生理盐水组相比,石菖蒲组、石菖蒲远志2:1和1:1配伍组各消化管形态和结构基本正常,未见肉眼可见的异常增生、糜烂和溃疡,黏膜色泽、纹理和结构正常。但远志组胃肠胀气明显,肠壁菲薄。HE染色显示,石菖蒲组各消化管显示基本正常组织学结构,远志组黏膜缺损,走向欠规则,而石菖蒲远志2:1和1:1组接近正常组织。结论石菖蒲未对小鼠的消化管造成明显的毒副作用,远志对消化管有副作用,但与石菖蒲配伍后能缓解这一不良作用。Objective: To study the effect of Acorus Tatarinowii and Polygala Tenuifolia on mice gastrointestinal form with different compatibility proportions. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into a normal control group, an Acorus Tatarinowii (AT) group, a Polygala Tenuifolia (PT) group, a 1:1 AT group, a 1:2 AT group and a 2:1 AT -PT group, 10 mice per group. Each group was intra- gastrically administrated with 0.2 mL/10g dose of these drugs for successive 28 days, and three mice were respectively killed by cervical dislocation at the 7th, 14th and 28th day, to observe their digestive tract and take their gastric antrum and duodenum to do HE staining. Results : When compared with the saline group, the digestive tract morphology and structure of AT group, 2 : 1 AT - PT group and 1 : 1 AT group were normal, no visible dysplasia, erosions and ulcers and their mucous membrane color, texture and structure were normal, but in PT group, the flatulence of the mice was obvious and their intestinal were meager. HE staining showed that AT group showed normal histol- ogy of the digestive tract while PT group showed mucosal defect, towards irregular, but 2 : 1 AT - PT group and 1 : 1 AT group were close to normal tissue. Conclusion: Acorus Tatarinowii do not cause significant side effect on the digestive tract of the mice and Polygala Tenuifolia do cause side effect on the digestive tract of the mice, but the compatibility of Acorus Tatarinowii and Polygala Tenuifolia can alleviate the adverse effect.
