摘  要:目的 比较喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉与丙泊酚静脉麻醉对患者血流动力学的影响.方法 将54例择期腰椎间盘切除术患者随机分为喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉组(S组)和丙泊酚静脉麻醉组(P组)各27例,分别应用喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉与丙泊酚静脉麻醉,比较两组患者诱导前(T0)、插管前(T1)、插管时(T2)、插管后1min(T3)、3min(T4)、5min(T5)时所有患者的MAP、HP、SpO2变化.结果 两组患者在T0、T2~T5时MAP、HP比较,差异不具有统计学意义(均P>0.05);而在T1时MAP、HP下降幅度P组高于S组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在T0~T5时SpO2比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 与丙泊酚静脉麻醉比较,喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉对患者血流动力学的影响较小,诱导时间较短,值得临床推广应用.Objective To compare the effect between sevoflurane combined with laryngeal mask airway and propofol intravenous on haemodynamics of the patients. Methods 54 elective lumbar discectomy patients were randomly divided into sevoflurane group (27 patients) and propofol group (27 patients). The patients of the sevoflurane group were treated by sevoflurane combined with laryngeal mask airway, while the propofol group was treated by propofol intravenous. MAP, HR and SpO2 before induction of anesthesia (T0), before trachea cannula (T1), the monment of trachea cannula (T2) and in 1min, 3min and 5min after cannala (T3-T5) were observed. Results No statistically significant difference were found in MAP, HP at T0, T2-T5 time point in the two groups (P〉0. 05). The MAP, HP falling range in propofol group were higher than sevoflurane group. The differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). No statistically significant difference was found in SpO2 at T0- T5 time point in the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Compared with propofol intravenous, sevoflurane combined with laryngeal mask airway provides more stabile haemodynamics and lower induction time.
