摘 要:研究粤东北银锑矿尾矿区周边土壤的理化性质、6种重金属元素(Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd、Ni、Cr)的含量以及土壤重金属污染对绿豆种子萌发的影响,结果表明:(1)p H界于4.24~6.56之间,土壤较贫瘠;(2)土壤重金属污染属Cd-Ni-Zn复合型污,其中,Cd含量为0.72~1.93mg/kg(平均含量为1.22 mg/kg),超标严重;(3)发芽指数为5.4~7.0,各样点间虽有差异,但差异不显著,而活力指数(30.1~44.0)、苗长度(4.3~7.1cm)均达到了差异极显著水平(P〈0.01).In order to better expand land reclamation and ecological reconstruction,physical-chemical properties,contents of 6 heavy metals element and its effects on seed germination of Vigna radiate in Northeastern Guangdong Ag-Sb deposit were studied. The chief results were as follows:( 1) PH of soils was between 4. 24 ~ 6. 56 and the soil relatively poor;( 2) soil heavy metal pollution was mainly due to the compound Cd-Ni-Zn,of which Cd average content of soil was 1. 22 mg / kg( between 0. 72 to 1. 93 mg / kg) and much higher than the national secondary standard of GB 15618-1995( Environmental quality standard for soils in P. R. China);( 3) germination index was between5. 4 ~ 7. 0,different sampling points despite differences,but the difference was not significant,and vitality index( 30. 1 ~ 44. 0) and seedling length( 4. 3 ~ 7. 1cm) respectively reached significant difference level.
