摘　　要：对600m^2烧结机配套主抽风机轴瓦烧损事故，从保温、润滑以及安装标准等不同的角度进行了分析，最终诊断为主轴与轴瓦的挠度干涉所致，通过调整轴承座高度成功解决这一棘手问题。The bush of main exhauster equipped with 600m^2 sintering machine burned. Analyze this accident from different angles, sueh as temperature keeping, lubrication and installing standard. Found out the accident resulted from the deflection interference of main shaft and bush. This tough problem is successful solved through adjusting the height of bearing block.
