摘 要:煤壁稳定性问题严重影响了大采高综放工作面的正常作业,造成难以实现高产高效开采。为此,通过理论分析、数值模拟、现场实践等方法,研究了大采高综放工作面的片帮原因和影响因素,并将工作面煤壁受力情况简化为杆体力学模型,分析得出了煤壁发生中部片帮的机理。得出结论:减小采高、工作面伪俯斜开采、增大支架工作阻力、工作面快速推进和煤体注水注浆等技术措施,可有效地控制大采高综放面煤壁片帮问题。Stability of the coal wall problems has been seriously affected the normal operations in fully mechanized caving with great mining height,which results in difficult to achieve high efficiency of mining. Therefore,we studied the mechanism and impact factors of rib spalling through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field practice. Then we simplified coal wall stress of working face as a compression strut model,and calculated that the reason why maximum displacement occurring at the middle of whole height of coal wall. Come to the conclusion that reducing mining height,the working surface oblique mining,increasing the working resistance of hydraulic support,accelerating advance rate of working face and coal injection grouting can help control the problem of rib spalling with very thick coal seam.
