摘 要:以烟叶为原料,采用正交实验设计方法,通过微波辅助方法提取烟碱,并用紫外可见分光光度计测定烟碱的浓度确定烟碱提取的最优条件。结果表明,在固液比1∶15,微波功率300 W,提取时间50 min的微波提取条件下烟碱的浓度最高。微波提取较其他提取工艺缩短了提取时间、降低能耗、提高了工作效率,对于烟叶中烟碱的提取具有一定的指导意义。In this paper, microwave-assisted method was applied to extract the nicotine from the leaf of tobacco by using the orthogonal experiment method, and the determination of the nicotine concentration had been done with UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results showed that with the solid-liquid ratio 1:15, microwave power 300 W and extraction time 50 min the nicotine concentration was highest. Extraction by microwave shortened the time of extraction, reduced energy consumption, and improved the work efficiency than other extraction processes, which has certain directive meaning for the extraction of nicotine from the leaf of tobacco.
