聚环氧琥珀酸的合成及阻垢性能研究

摘　　要：以马来酸酐为原料,通过两步合成法合成制备了聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA),并研究了不同合成条件对聚环氧琥珀酸阻垢性能的影响,得到了其最佳合成工艺条件:引发剂氢氧化钙用量0.11 g,聚合温度85℃,聚合时间1.0 h。采用静态阻垢法对聚环氧琥珀酸进行阻垢性能评价,结果表明,合成的聚环氧琥珀酸是一种阻垢性能良好的阻垢剂,绿色环保,并且可应用于不同硬度的水质。Polyepoxysuccinic acid（ PESA） was synthesized by two steps with maleic anhydride as raw material. Different synthesis conditions on the scale inhibition properties of PESA effect were investigated. The optimum technological conditions of synthesis of PESA have been gotten in the following： initiator of Ca（ OH）20. 11 g,polymerization temperature of 85℃,polymerization time of 1. 0 h. The inhibition properties of PESA were evaluated by static scale inhibition method.The results indicated that the synthesized PESA which is green and environmental has good scale inhibition properties and would be used in water with different hardness.
