凝胶因子在表面活性剂胶束溶液中凝胶行为的研究

摘　　要：本文首先研究N,N'-二苯甲酰基-L-胱氨酸(DBC)凝胶因子在多种表面活性剂胶束溶液中凝胶的情况,发现CTAB、CTAB/SDBS、TW80胶束溶液均可形成凝胶。利用三(2,2'-联吡啶)二氯化钌(Ru(Phen)3Cl2)探针荧光,研究了表面活性剂胶束对DBC凝胶中荧光探针增敏的现象。含表面活性剂胶束凝胶的相转变温度要比空白凝胶的要低,可能与表面活性剂胶束对DBC凝胶纤维产生的晶体错配分枝现象有关。The self- assemble process of N, N - dibenzoyl - L - cystine （DBC） gelators in some micelles solution were studied. The result showed that the hydrogel can formed in the solution of CTAB, the mixture of CTAB/SDBS and TW80, respectively. Addition of surfactants in some micelles hydrogel induced the fluorescent intensity of Ru （Phen）3Cl2 increased. The TGS of DBC gel with surfactant is lower than the DBC gel without surfactant, owing to the cross - tallographic mismatch branching of DBC fibers which result in the DBC aggregates becoming thinner and shorter.
