摘　　要：本文根据四环素为两性化合物,既溶于酸又溶于碱及酸和碱溶液的紫外光谱的不同性质,应用差示分光光度法测定盐酸四环素片的含量。通过对试验条件的研究得出最佳检测条件,取得满意效果。In this paper, according to tetracycline for amphoteric compounds, soluble in acid and soluble in alkali and acid and alkali solution of different properties of ultraviolet spectrum, application of differential spectrophotometry for determining the content of tetracycline hydrocliloride. Based on the research of the test conditions it is concluded that the best testing conditions. Satisfactory effect.
