摘 要:以壬基酚为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,制备了壬基酚分子印迹聚合物,并将其滴涂至玻碳电极表面构建电化学传感器。优化了壬基酚分子印迹聚合物浓度、富集时间、p H值等对传感器的影响,得到最佳实验条件为:壬基酚分子印迹聚合物浓度为5.0 mg/m L,磷酸盐缓冲溶液的p H值为7.0,富集时间为7 min;在最佳条件下,用该电化学传感器对壬基酚进行检测,其峰电流响应与壬基酚的浓度在0.05~10.0μmol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,检测限为0.01μmol/L(S/N=3)。该分子印迹聚合物的电化学传感器可应用于环境水样中壬基酚含量的测定。Nonylphenol molecularly imprinted polymers ( NP - MIPs) were synthesized by using nonylphenol as the template molecule, acrylamide as the functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crosslinking agent. NP - MIPs were coated onto glassy carbon electrode to prepare the electrochemical sensor. Influence parameters including concentration of molecularly imprinted polymers, adsorption time, and pH have been optimized for the sensor. When concentration of NP - MIPs was 5. 0 mg./mL, adsorption time was 7 min, and pH was 7. 0, the sensor reached the optimal experiment performance. Under the optimum conditions, the NP - MIPs sensor was used for the determination of nonylphenol. The peak current was linear to the nonylphenol concentration in the range of 0.05 - 10.0μmol/L,with a detection limit of 0.01 μmol/L ( S/N = 3 ). The MIPs sensor was applied to the determination of nonylphenol in environmental water samples.
