摘　　要：硫磺回收装置加工原料为高含硫原油,一段时间,装置粘附大量硫化亚铁等硫化物。为防止检修时遇空气发生自燃,采用自制的钝化剂进行清洗。结果表明,该钝化清洗剂清洗彻底、无腐蚀、废液易处理、不污染环境。The processing oil in the sulfur recovery unit was high sulphureous crude oil. A lot of ferrous sulfide adhered to the refining unit after a certain time. The result showed that by using chemical cleaning media to prevent autoignition offerrous sulfide, the effect is obviously good with no corrosion, no pollution, simple and quick.
