摘　　要：基于应力分类法,运用通用有限元分析软件(ANSYS)对某压力容器进行了确定性强度校核。利用ANSYS概率设计功能,以压力容器壁厚、压力载荷、弹性模量及屈服强度为随机输入变量,选用Monte Carlo法进行压力容器应力的概率分析,得到了压力载荷、壁厚等设计参数对极限状态函数的敏感程度。最后,对确定性的分析设计方法和概率设计方法进行了分析讨论。The deterministic intensity check was performed with ANSYS by the stress classification procedure for pressure vessel design. Moreover, the probabilistic analysis is carried out with ANSYS/PDS, where the thickness,internal pressure, elastic modulus and yield stress was regarded as random variable. The Monte Carlo simulation is used with Latin hypereube sampling. The sensitivity to the limit state function is studied. At last, the design by analysis and probabilistie design of pressure vessel are discussed.
