摘 要:通过两级AO组合工艺处理垃圾渗滤液系统的启动及有机负荷的提升,研究改进型中温厌氧UASB在有机负荷突变时的耐抗能力,好氧、缺氧SBR对有机物浓度的适应范围。同时,对系统的温度、上升流水、曝气时间及回流比等运行工况进行优化,以达到对垃圾渗滤液处理的最佳效果。结果表明,厌氧UASB对有机负荷的突变具有一定的耐抗能力;在厌氧UASB水浴温度控制在(35±2)℃,上升流速为0.4 m/h;SBR温度为25℃,两级好氧SBR曝气强度分别为3-5 mg/L、2-3 mg/L时连续曝气8 h;系统回流比为1 200%的条件下,系统COD总去除率可达99.8%,平均出水COD为39 mg/L,达到国家排放标准的要求。两级AO组合工艺的研究,为垃圾渗滤液的工程处理提供有力的参考依据。In this paper, though start-up and enhance the organic load of two AO combination process to treatment landfill leachate, research on the anti-corrosion ability of improved UASB when mutations in the organic load, and the SBR range of adaptation on organic matter concentration is conducted. At the same time, optimize the temperature, up-flow velocity, aeration time, reflux ratio and other operating conditions of the system, in order to achieve the best results ofleachate treatmenting. The results showed that, UASB on the mutations oforganic load has some anti-resistant capability. Under the conditions that, water bath temperature control within the range of (35±2)℃, up-flow velocity is 0.4 m/h in UASB; temperature of SBR is 25 ℃, aeration intensity of two aerobic SBR are 3-5 mg/L, 2-3 mg/L, continuous aeration 8h; reflux ratio of system is 1 200%. Removal rate of total system reaches 99.8%, the average concentration of effluent COD is 39 mg/L, meet the national emission standards. Research on the two AO combined process has provided a strong reference for engineering treatment of landfill leachate.
