摘  要:针对大浪淀水库的水质特点,研究了混凝沉淀-超滤工艺对该水源进行处理的去除效果及稳定性,并根据运行过程中跨膜压差变化确定了膜的清洗方式及参数。结果表明,该工艺对浊度、藻类、微生物的去除效率高,稳定性好,与传统工艺相比具有明显优势,可以节约高温高藻期的混凝剂及消毒剂投加量,但对有机物及氨氮去除效果优势不明显。为最大程度减缓膜污染速率,对超滤膜60 min进行一次物理性清洗,7 d进行一次维护性清洗,并根据跨膜压差及清洗后的膜通量恢复采取恢复性清洗。Coagulation sedimentation - ultrafiltration process is used for dealing with the water of Dalangdian reservoir due to its water quality characteristics,a comparison on the removal efficiency and stability is made between this new processing and traditional processing. Beyond that,the cleaning method and parameters ofthe membrane is carried out according to the change of trans-membrane pressure during running process. The results show that there is a high removal efficiency and stability on turbidity, algae, microbe through this process, what's more, the advantage is obvious and the adding quantity of coagulant and disinfectant can be saved in the period of high temperature high algae. On the contrary, the advantage of removal efficiency on organic matter and ammonia nitrogen is not obvious. In addition, a physical cleaning must be taken once every 60 minutes and a maintenance cleaning must be taken once a week in order to a minimum of membrane fouling rate, meanwhile, a restorative cleaning should be taken according to the difference pressure across the membrane and recovery of membrane flux after cleaning.
