摘 要:从废水特点、水量和水质分析以及构筑物参数设计等方面,介绍了苏州信之诺电子科技有限公司电镀废水处理及回用工程。采用分类收集/分类预处理/综合处理的联合工艺处理电镀废水。出水中COD为43-76 mg/L,Cu^2+质量浓度为0.13-0.25 mg/L,Ni^2+质量浓度为0.15-0.28 mg/L,总氰质量浓度为0.12-0.21 mg/L,出水水质优于GB 8978-1996一级标准及太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值表3电镀工业主要水污染物排放限值(DB 32/1072-2007)。回用水电导率〈20μS/cm,出水水质优于生活饮用水卫生规范-2001。Electroplating wastewater treatment and reuse project of Suzhou Xinzhinuo Electronic Technology Co. was introduced through the wastewater characteristics, quantity and quality of analysis and structures parameters design, etc. The combined process of separate collection / classification preprocessing / integrated treatment of eleetroplating wastewater treatment was used for the treatment of electroplating wastewater.In the effluent, the COD was 43-76 mg/L, Cu^2+ was 0.13-0.25 mg/L, Ni^2+ was 0.15-0.28 mg/L, and the total cyanide was 0.12-0.21, which was better than in standard A of Integrated wastewater discharge standard anddischarge standard of pollutants for Taihu Lake municipal wastewater treatment plant (shown in table 3 electroplating industry a major water pollutant discharge limits (DB 32/1072-2007). The conductivity of reused water was lower than 20 μS/cm, and the quality of effluent was better than standards for drinking water quality-2001.
