摘 要:为了进一步改善AZ91D压铸镁合金表面硅烷膜的耐蚀性能,将其在γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)溶液中进行浸渍。采用正交试验并结合单因素试验优选了硅烷成膜的主要固化工艺参数,包括固化温度与固化时间;通过中性盐雾试验(NSS)考察了优化工艺条件下所得硅烷膜的耐蚀性能,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)研究了硅烷膜的表面微观形貌和成分。结果表明:固化温度对AZ91D压铸镁合金表面KH-550硅烷膜耐蚀性的影响更加显著,最佳固化工艺参数为固化温度120℃,固化时间60 min;以最佳固化工艺制备的KH-550硅烷膜中C,N,Si,O等元素的含量明显增加,膜层较厚且呈现均匀、致密的网状,对镁合金基体的防护能力大幅优于自然干燥条件下获得的硅烷膜。AZ91D Mg alloy was immersed in the KH-550 solution to form the silane coating,and orthogonal experiments combined with single factor experiments were applied to determine the optimal curing process conditions such as curing temperature and curing time.The corrosion resistance of the silane coating based on the optimized parameters was estimated by neutral salt spray test.The surface morphology and composition of the silane coating were characterized by using scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry.Results showed that curing temperature had a significant effect on the corrosion resistance of silane coating.The optimum curing temperature was 120 ℃ and curing time was 60 min.Under the optimized curing process,the contents of C,N,Si,O elements in the silane coating were significantly increased and the silane coating was thicker and appeared to be uniform and compact networks.Resultant silane coating for AZ91 D magnesium alloy had much better protective ability than that formed under natural dry condition.
