摘 要:为了获得结合力强、耐蚀性好的低表面处理涂层,在表面处理等级为St2的16MnR钢表面制备同等厚度的低表面处理改性环氧铝粉涂层、环氧富锌涂层和醇酸涂层。采用附着力测试仪测试3种涂层的结合强度,采用盐雾腐蚀及电化学阻抗谱测试3种涂层的耐蚀性。结果表明:当表面处理等级为St2时,低表面处理改性环氧铝粉涂层与16MnR钢基体的结合强度约为环氧富锌涂层的1.5倍,是醇酸涂层的2.0倍;低表面处理改性环氧铝粉涂层比其他2种涂层具有更好的耐蚀性,主要表现在该涂层具有良好的抗渗透性,对腐蚀介质的屏蔽作用更强。Low surface treatment modified epoxy aluminum coatings,epoxy zin-rich coatings and alky coatings with the same thickness were prepared on 16 MnR steel with the surface treatment level of St2.Bonding strength of the three coatings was tested by the adhesion tester.Salt spray test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to assess the corrosion resistance of the three coatings.Results showed that the bonding strength of the low surface treatment modified epoxy aluminum coatings and 16 MnR steel was1.5 times as good as that of epoxy zin-rich coatings and 2.0times as good as that of alky coatings when the surface treatment level was St2.Low surface treatment modified epoxy aluminum coatings had better corrosion resistance than the other two coatings because the low surface treatment modified epoxy aluminum coatings presented better penetration resistance and better shielding effect to the corrosive medium.
