胶原蛋白海绵用于产后出血的止血效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨胶原蛋白海绵用于产后出血的止血效果。方法 回顾性分析本院产科2013年12月-2014年12月收治的83例产后出血患者的临床资料,按照所使用的止血方法分为常规止血组（42例）和胶原蛋白海绵组（41例）,观察比较两组手术操作时间、术中出血量（纱布称重计量法）、术后阴道流血天数和住院天数。结果 对两组手术操作时间、术中出血量、术后阴道流血天数和住院天数进行比较,观察组各项指标均显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论 胶原蛋白海绵用于产后出血的止血,可以获得良好的效果。Objective To explore the hemostatic effect of collagen sponge on postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in the clinical data of 83 patients with postpartum hemorrhage hospitalized between December 2013 and December 2014. Those cases were divided into conventional hemostasis group （42 cases） and collagen sponge group （41 cases） according to the hemostasis methods. Observation and comparison were made in operating time, intraoperative blood loss （the method of weighing the bandages）, the days of postoperative colporrhagia, and the days of hospitalization. Results The indexes mentioned above in the collagen sponge group were all superior to those in the conventional hemostasis group（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The application of collagen sponge to postpartum hemorrhage can achive good effects.
