摘  要:目的 探讨乳腺癌在钼靶X线摄影、MRI动态增强(DCE-MRI)及弥散加权成像(DWI)中的影像表现,评价三者联合诊断的价值。方法 回顾性分析2012年2月-2015年3月在我院经手术病理证实的41例乳腺癌病例,钼靶X线摄影采用常规方法摄片,MRI分别采用自旋回波序列T1WI、短时反转恢复(STRI)脂肪抑制序列及DCE-MRI扫描,DWI采用单次激发回波平面成像序列,分析术前单一方法及三者联合诊断的准确率。结果 钼靶X线摄影诊断准确率为73.17%,DCE-MRI诊断准确率为87.80%,DWI诊断准确率为90.24%;钼靶X线联合DCE-MRI、DWI诊断准确率为95.12%,三者联合诊断准确率明显优于单一钼靶X线或MRI检查(P〈0.05)。结论 钼靶X线摄影、DCE-MRI及DWI联合检查能有效地提高乳腺癌的诊断准确率。Objective To explore the imaging manifestations of breast cancer on molybdenum target radiography, dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) and diffuse weighted imaging (DWI), and to evaluate the diagnostic value of the combination. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in 41 cases pathologically identified by surgeries as breast cancer between February 2012 and March 2015. Molybdenum target radiography adopted the method of conventional photographing. MRI adopted the sequences of T1WI, STRI, and DCE-MRI for scanning. DWI adopted single shot echo planar imaging sequence. The diagnostic accuracy of the single method and combination method before the treatment was analyzed, Results The diagnostic accuracy of molybdenum target radiography, DCE-MRI, and DWI was 73.17%, 87.80%, and 90.24%, respectively. The diagnostic accuracy of the combination was 95.12%, which was significantly superior to that of the single method (P 〈 0.05). Conclucion The combination examination by molybdenum target radiography, DCE-MRI, and DWI can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast eancer.
