摘　　要：以胞嘧啶为原料,在惰性气体保护下,以氟化氢为溶剂,通过成盐、氟化、碱解反应来制备5-氟胞嘧啶,含量99.6%,收率高达93%。该工艺原料价廉易得,所用的溶剂重复套用,减少了对环境的污染,此法成本低,收率高,比较适合工业化生产。Withcytosine as raw material,under the protection of inert gas,using hydrogen fluoride as solvent,by salt,alkali solution,fluoride is prepared by the reaction of 5- fluorocytosine,content 99. 6%,yield up to 93%. The process of cheap material,the solvent used repeatedly,reducing the pollution of the environment,this method is low cost,high yield,suitable for industrialized production.
