柔红霉素加阿糖胞苷方案对急性髓细胞白血病患者免疫相关因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨柔红霉素加阿糖胞苷化学治疗(简称化疗)方案对急性髓细胞白血病(AML)患者γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、血清α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)与乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平的影响。方法将接受治疗的AML患者80例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规化疗方案,观察组使用柔红霉素加阿糖胞苷方案。结果化疗后,两组患者的IFN-γ,HBDH,LDH水平均有所下降,观察组下降程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者发生呕吐恶心明显少于对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者出现胸闷和乏力的不良反应并无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论柔红霉素加阿糖胞苷化学治疗方案用于治疗AML患者,可降低患者的HBDH与LDH水平,会在一定程度上明显降低IFN-γ水平并抑制其表达。Objective To investigate the influence of daunorubicin （ DA ） Plus cytarabine （ Ara-C ） chemotheraPy on interferon gamma （ IFN-γ） ,serum α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase （ HBDH ） and lactate dehydrogenase （ LDH ） level in acute myeloid leukemia （ AML ） Patients. Methods 80 cases of acute myeloid leukemia Patients were randomly divided into the control grouP and the observa-tion grouP,40 cases in each grouP. The control grouP used conventional methods of chemotheraPy;the observation grouP used daunoru-bicin Plus cytarabine chemotheraPy. The interferon gamma, serum α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and lactate dehydrogenase levels and adverse reaction conditions of the two grouPs were observed before and after treatment. Results After chemotheraPy the IFN- γ,HBDH and LDH levels of the two grouPs were decreased,but the decrease of the observation grouP more significantly than that in the control grouP （ P 〈 0. 05 ）;vomiting,nausea cases in the observation grouP were significantly lower than the control grouP after chemotheraPy （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ,but the two grouPs had no significant differences in adverse reactions such as chest tightness and fatigue （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Daunorubicin Plus cytarabine chemotheraPy for the treatment of Patients with acute myelogenous leukemia can reduce the serum α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and lactate dehydrogenase were level,lower interferon gamma levels to a certain extent,and in-hibit its exPression.
