3种硝咪唑类药物栓剂治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较甲硝唑栓、替硝唑栓、奥硝唑栓3种栓剂治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将180例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分为3组,各60例。A组采用甲硝唑栓,B组采用替硝唑栓,C组采用奥硝唑栓,均阴道局部给药,疗程均为7 d。结果 3组患者治疗后症状均有明显好转,治疗后症状改善情况C组优于A组和B组(P<0.05)。A组、B组和C组的总有效率分别为78.33%,91.67%和100.00%,与A组和B组比较,C组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲硝唑栓的药品不良反应发生率明显高于替硝唑栓和奥硝唑栓(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑栓阴道局部给药治疗滴虫性阴道炎,安全有效,且优于甲硝唑栓和替硝唑栓,值得推广。Objective To comPare the clinical efficacy and safety of three suPPositories （ metronidazole,tinidazole,ornidazole ） in treatment of trichomonas vaginitis. Methods 180 Patients with trichomonas vaginitis were divided into three grouPs randomly,60 cases in each grouP. Patients in grouP A,B and C were given metronidazole,tinidazole,ornidazole,resPectively. The course of treatment was all 7 d. Results After the treatment,the symPtoms of three grouPs were all obviously imProved （ C 〉 A ＆ B,P 〈 0. 05 ） . The total effective rates of the three grouPs were 78. 33%,91. 67% and 100. 00%,resPectively. ComPared with grouP A ＆amp; B,the difference of grouP C was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The adverse reaction rate of metronidazole suPPository was higher than that of tinidazole suPPository and ornidazole suPPository （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Ornidazole suPPository for toPical treatment of trichomonas vaginitis is safe and effective,and is worth of clinical Promotion.
